The Road Map:  Where we will go –>

Session #1: What do you want + Mandala Making:  ‘What do you want?’ – Such a deceivingly simple question.  It can change from day to day, moment to moment , but often we are so wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of our lives that we don’t stop to ask ourselves this deeply important question.  Clarify your desires in all aspects of your life.  Tune into your unique purpose so you can act and move with clarity & ease.  Define what it is that you want, and this will bring it closer to reality.  Activity: Crafting Mandalas

Session #2:  Plate Scapes + Kitchen Fun.  How does what you put on your plate reflect how you are feeling?  What foods are you choosing?  Are they building you up or breaking you down? Learn what you choices you can make to fill yourself with the best – nutrient dense, whole foods.  We will get creative in the kitchen, as we go back to the basics to find the food that you love that loves you back.  Activity: Blending & Mixing Magic in the Kitchen

Session #3:  Full Pleasure Plate + Beading Desires.  Find the other things you need on your plate to feel alive and full.  Identify the non food items that your body craves *** this will be VERY insightful and lead to an understanding of food cravings.  Activity: Beading Desires

Session #4:  What’s your vision + Vision boarding? Get specific and get clear to your relationship with you.  Craft what it is you’d like your life to look like in the future with all aspects of your life – especially your health and wellness.  Activity: Vision Boarding
