Finding Home

Where do you go when you need to be reminded of who you are and what you stand for?

Where do you go when you’re not sure where home will be, and you already feel your roots gently lifting?

How do you ground down while still remaining open and receptive to receive the countless blessings that are waiting to be showered upon you?

What do you do when you feel stuck and are fearful you may never move forward again?

What do you do when you feel uninspired, and just want to be held and taken care of?

What do you do when you’ve exhausted all options, and fear and doubt have a very tight grip on you?

What do you do when as quickly as you realize a dream, you immediately discount the slight possibility of it?

Where do you go when you need guidance?

//

Here’s my remedy:

I turn inwards, I commit to a practice, I breathe, and I connect to myself over and over again –  because that is where all the golden nuggets of insight and wisdom lie.

Receive your deepest knowing and let that guide you to the most incredible spaces you have yet to enter – but are deeply anticipating your arrival.

//

Breathe. Meditate. Connect. And locate the charm & magic within – again, and again.

Virtual Full Moon Ceremony

Happy Full Moon!

I made a virtual full moon ceremony where you can practice gratitude, claim what you want to release, and what you want to create.

All you need is a pen and a paper, a sense of humor (as this is the first time I am doing something like this, and you’ll hear Luca babbling in the background!) Click the picture below to play the video.

Mini Full Moon Ceremony from Leah Fox on Vimeo.

At the end I share about a new offering : a mini meditation bundle!! 5 meditations – 5 minutes each – for $5.00. You can find more about that here.

Commit to Gratitude

Posted | 0 comments

I spend a lot of time thinking about what I want : goals, intentions, dream case scenarios, taking time to manifest with the moon… And I truly believe the act of dreaming is wonderful, but if it is not balanced with a heavy dose of appreciation for what is right now – it can be dangerous.  And I speak from experience.

Gratitude is a practice that I am constantly recommitting to. It’s not a revolutionary idea – but powerful shifts can occur when it is practiced daily. Because what you focus on expands.

It is easy to spend a micro-second on the awesome and many, many seconds (minutes, days…) on the not so awesome. Gratitude requires fierce dedication and a willingness to see the light.

small things : twinkle lights + a mini mala

So this is an invitation to pause and notice the mini things : the nice comments, the small interactions, seeing your favorite color, or time on the clock, good meals had, tears of relief cried… An invitation to write it down, be specific, and let yourself be filled up by all the good that exists in your life.

If you need inspiration, I love how my friend Danielle creates Bliss Lists, my mood improves simply by reading them. This post from the archives gives you some ideas on where to keep a gratitude list. And this mini meditation on gratitude will help you locate the beautiful small things.

Commit to gratitude daily. I will be here doing the same.

Design Your Vision

Posted | 0 comments

It’s never too late to design your vision. There is always time.

You can do it the first of the year, the first of the month, every full moon, new moon, morning, end of the week, or beginning of the week. The opportunity to pause, ground, and reflect are endless.

All it takes is commitment and curiosity to ask yourself the question: What do I want? And then open yourself to receive the answer.

I want : more space. clear boundaries between being a mom and growing a business. time for play. to attract magic. spontaneous travel. a connected community. to feel useful.

Let your list run long. Tune into how you want to feel. Write it down and then let it go and create the space you need to receive. And know you deserve it all.
